Our successful and expanding client is looking for a proactive Financial Controller to join their team.

Essential Skills
•Qualified Accountant with practical experience.
•SAP experience
•Experience with closing the month
•Experience forecasting
•Forecast monthly and quarterly figures
•Experience with audit requests – both internal and external
•Can work closely with the Director of Operations
•Excellent IT skills
•Self motivated
•Pro-active approach

Role and Responsibilities
•Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company
•Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
•Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
•Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
•Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
•Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
•Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
•Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
