Associate Director Requirements:
- BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, or similar
- Extensive experience in construction industry
- Client facing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative and attention to detail
- Team management
Associate Director Duties:
- Oversee Key Client Accounts, developing client relationships
- Manage teams and ensure company targets are met
- Business development
- Work closely with Scheduling and Resourcing Team and other Team Leaders
- Input into key strategic decision–making to ensure positive and sustainable growth
- Support clients in increasing the environmental performance of their developments
- Provide input into marketing and advertising
- Work across a range of services such as; Whole Life Carbon Assessments, Circular Economy Statements, ESG Assessments, Net Zero Roadmaps, Materials Lifecycle Analysis, Air Quality Assessments, Carbon Baseline Calculation & Reports, Environmental Product Declaration's, Waste Reduction Strategies, Thermal Comfort & Overheating, Daylight Sunlight & Overshadowing, Internal Daylight Modelling, LZC Feasibility Studies, Building Regulations Compliance, SAP/SBEM, Thermal Bridging, Energy Strategy, Energy Statements, and Carbon Management Plans
