Mechanical Project Engineer
Salary of up to £60k base + package
Greater Manchester

The Company:
Code are pleased to be working with a client to assist them in finding a new Mechanical Project Engineer. They are one of the North West's largest Building Services consultancies and have strong, long-lasting relationships with numerous key clients in the region, with over 80% of their work being delivered as repeat business. Their core focus tends to be local commercial/residential projects, with a keen focus latterly on decarbonisation aspects as a priority.

The Role:
Based in the Greater Manchester area, they will be looking for you to take the lead on managing key projects in numerous sectors across both design and delivery phases. You will therefore regularly attend design team, pre-contract, progress and handover meetings on behalf of our client's customers, always with a view to securing the best possible technical and financial resolutions in line with the project brief to any issues that may arise whilst ensuring the client is fully informed at all times. You will ensure that all solutions proposed/completed for and with the client will meet their specific requirements, while also offering high standards of compliance, quality and efficiency.

You will be responsible for completing photographically documented site inspections/visits and the associated reports, as well as conducting smooth witness testing and commissioning processes on the majority of projects you are involved with.
