Job description

I am currently recruiting for the Head of Compliance for one of my clients around the London area.

The role will be hybrid.

The Head of Compliance in an insurance company in the UK is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining ethical standards. Key duties include:

• Developing and implementing compliance policies
• conducting risk assessments
• Providing employee training
• Monitoring and reporting on compliance activities
• Communicating with regulatory authorities
• Responding to incidents, and continuously improving the compliance program

The role aims to safeguard the company's integrity and reputation within the legal and regulatory framework.

The candidate should come from ideally a Life Insurance / Investment Insurance background with Senior level Compliance experience.
