About the Role:
Are you passionate about building connections and expanding networks? Join z1nc as an Intern in tech Recruitment. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our talent acquisition efforts, learning the ins and outs of IT recruitment while contributing to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Focus on identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels, such as social media, networking events, and industry forums.
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates by utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and other creative methods.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for our clients' needs.
Candidate Outreach: Engage with potential candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
Interview Support: Coordinate and conduct initial screenings and interviews, providing valuable support to the recruitment team.
Candidate Assessment : Assist in evaluating candidates' skills and qualifications to ensure they align with client requirements.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies to optimize our approach.
Administrative Support: Aid in various administrative tasks to streamline the recruitment process and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards networking.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning about IT recruitment.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts or technologies is a plus.
Work Environment:
Interns may work remotely or in-office, collaborating closely with the IT recruitment team and other professionals at z1nc.
