The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private family matters, including but not limited to:

• Divorce and Separation issues
• Finance and Property Settlements
• Cohabitation and Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Disputes
• All disputes relating to children
• Disputes with Social Services and Care Proceedings
• Domestic Violence and Injunctions
• Disputes in relation to Wills and Inheritances
