We are recruiting for an award-winning financial services organisation who are looking to expand their Collections team with an experienced Collections Advisor in Manchester City Centre. You will be working for an amazing organisation who have kicked off 2023 with a record start to the year and have huge growth plans ahead. You will receive an excellent basic salary of £30,000 along with an 10% annual salary bonus and flexitime working.

Duties for the Collections Advisor:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients who have taken out finance for projects
- Keeping updated on progress of the projects to pre-empt any issues that may cause an issue with repayments
- Review pending litigation and receivership cases to ensure repayment dates are met
- Ensuring accounts are managed to exit in a timely manner guaranteeing loans are re-paid
- Deliver a positive experience throughout the customer journey to ensure repeat business
- Reviewing and assessing customer developments to ensure progress and planning are meeting agreed deadlines and in line with costing schedule
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth borrower journeys
- Enforcement of litigation action where needed by analysing the strategy review is at forbearance or foreclosure
Skills needed for the Collections Advisor:
- If you have experience working as a Collections Advisor, Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager or Similar
- It is essential you have experience working with a regulated environment
- Strong rapport building skills, dealing with Senior Level and Business owners
