Are you an experienced CI Manager with a background in production management in an FMCG environment? Do you thrive in a hands-on and dynamic environment? If yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a highly skilled CI Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing company and take on a key role in driving exciting new initiatives.

Requirements:

• MUST have worked in production roles in FMCG manufacturing.
• MUST have proven experience in manufacturing excellence and CI.
• Able to take a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:

• Process improvement and optimisation – identifying areas for improvement.
• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and facilitate workshops.
• Cross-functional collaboration, employee training and collaboration.
