Job description
Madisons Recruitment are currently working with one the UK’s leading providers logistics and maintenance services to the mobile medical industry. Due to on-going expansion, they are actively recruiting for a Air Conditioning/Chiller Engineer to join their team on a full time basis.
The postholder will be involved in the installation, service and repair of mobile medical trailers. There will also be involvement in installations, servicing and repairs at Static Sites (Hospital & Medical Centres). You will be expected to carry out minor repairs from changing locks and light bulbs to major repairs and/or testing of electrical equipment. This position involves you to think outside the box and to be able to tackle some of the tasks assigned to you head on, as well as completing any additional task(s) the clients/staff may ask for whilst on site. You will also expected to service the mobile trailer generators, which the successful applicant will get training in by an experienced engineer.
Suitable candidates will have worked in a service engineering role, be Qualified in F-Gas and 17th edition and inspection certificate are essential. Electrical qualification would be advantageous.
