Service Engineer
Suffolk Automation Specialist Base Salary up to £50,000
Monday - Friday, No weekends I am working with a client who provide bespoke turnkey automation in a variety of sectors, including, Pharmaceutical, Sustainable Energy & Ocular. My client is looking for an experienced Service Engineer who can provide support and offer resolutions within the workshop. The role will also require travel to customer sites both across the UK and overseas when required. This is a unique opportunity to work for a world-renowned engineering specialist who are at forefront of automation.
Main Responsibilities: - Diagnose faults on automation equipment and make the necessary adjustments to bring equipment up to running status
- Report and correct abnormal equipment conditions and inaccurate actions by customer staff
- Make recommendations to repair/replace items that require intervention
Job Requirements: - Willingness to travel worldwide as per buisness need
- Relevant vocational training, or completion of apprenticeship in an electrical or mechanical discipline
- Programming experience of PLC’s/HMI’s would be advantageous
