Job description
Join a heating and air-conditioning company as an Administrator in their Service Team.
They are a well-established, family-orientated business in the process of bolstering our helpdesk team due to new and additional contract wins. The company have an excellent reputation and a high staff retention, with team members celebrating 10+ years service.
THE ROLE:
- Working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, you will be based from their head office in Sittingbourne, Kent.
- Overall, you'll ensure service and maintenance contracts are administered properly and deliver great customer service
- Dealing with incoming calls and logging information
- Ensuring information is accurately collated and relayed back to customers
- Updating and planning schedules daily
- Helping obtain costs to provide accurate quotes to customers
- Tracking works that have been authorised, ensuring these are updated on our system
- Updating information on customer portals as well as our internal job
management system
- Using Excel & Microsoft Word
- Hours 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday (7 am - 4 pm optional).
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Good IT skills essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Ability to find solutions in a proactive manner
- Ability to build and retain solid relationships with our customers
- Ability to support and work as a team
- Attention to detail
- Reasonable commute to Sittingbourne.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £23,500 to £26,000, dependent on experience
- 20 days holiday + public holidays
