Job title: Telecoms Network Design EngineerType: Permanent Location: Your home office can be based in either the Northern or Southern Region (Hybrid working available)Salary: Dependant on experienceRole:An opportunity has come available for a Telecoms Network Design Engineer to work on a permanent basis for a principal railway contractor.To be considered for this opportunity you will require previous design experience carrying out designs of transmission and network systems (e.g. SDH & PDHKey Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Produce transmission & network designsAttendance at meetings with clients, senior management, sub-contractors and internal project teamTo ensure delegated areas of the contract are completed to meet legislation and relevant standards.Liaise with telecoms technicians and design, Install and test staff, and additional collaboration with Signalling design, installation.
