Positions have become available with one of our clients. Due to their growth this year they are looking to hire a Commercial Manager with a Civils Background to the team.

The clients company specialize in Civil Engineering and Building, delivering high quality Construction projects across the UK and Ireland. 

This role will be critical in managing our Civil Engineering projects, on their long-term frameworks to ensure successful delivery.

This position is full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, Pension, Company Car, 30+ Day Leave, Hybrid working, Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Performance Bonuses.

Day to Day:

• Client Relationship Management.
• Performance Reporting.
• Estimation & Budgeting.
• Securing New Contracts.
• Contract Negotiations.
• Risk Management.
• Financial Planning.
• Change Management.
• Compliance and Regulation.
• Management of QS.  

Experience & Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in Civil Engineering / Water Industry.
• Demonstrable strong financial acumen, negotiation skills.
• In depth experience working within the Construction Industry.
