Contract Type: Fixed-term.

Working Pattern: Part time - term time.

Salary: Grade 1, SCP 3-4 (andpound;11.59-andpound;11.98 per hour). andpound; andpound;22,737 - andpound;23,114 (pro rata). Term time only.

Grangetown is a thriving, well-established and friendly primary school. We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, responsible and friendly Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant. Working as part of a professional team, you will help to ensure the well-being and safety of our pupils during lunchtimes, indoors and outdoors.

Contract Type: Fixed Term, for 1 year, in the first instance.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Working Pattern: Part time - term time only, Mon - Fri 12.00pm - 1.00pm (5 hrs per week).andnbsp;

An Option:

We are also seeking a Breakfast Club Supervisory Assistant. That role will be advertised separately, on North East Jobs. Applications for both roles, combined, are an option to consider, if that suits the candidate.

Main Duties:

Providing care and support for children, across lunchtime. Ensuring children are safe, and that they are well supervised at all times.
Taking responsibility for a group/class of children, or for a designated area.
Promoting good order and high standards of behaviour, and helping to ensure a well-organised approach to lunchtimes.
Dealing with, and reporting, any accidents and incidents that occur during lunchtime, in line with school policies and procedures.andnbsp;
