Project Manager
FTC 12 Months
Oxford – Full–time on–site (Some Travel included in the role)

Due to the nature of the role and the industry you will be working in, you must be able to achieve UK SC Clearance for this role We are looking for an experienced project manager to join us and support an ongoing project. The successful applicant will join the PMO team who are based in Oxford, and specialize in both new build aircraft and retrofitting in–service aircraft in both the civil and military domains.
Key Responsibilities as a Project Manager –- Day–to–day management of the project.
- Planning and scheduling of the project
- Controlling work activities between multifunction teams
- Monitoring spend and schedule adherence
- Reporting, both internally and to the customer
- Risk monitoring and control
- Knowledge and Skills
Key skills & experience we are looking for in a Project Manager –
- Project planning and controls
- Earned Value Management
- Experience as a PM with MoD as a customer
- Understanding of EASA, UK CAA and UK MAA
- Commercial understanding
- Formal project management training at practitioner level – APMP, Prince 2 etc.
- Background in aviation Engineering
Desirable Experience, but not essential –
- Experience with PrimaveraP6
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with customer–facing roles
- Experience in a Pt21 environment
- Education, Qualifications or Training
