Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Salary: £85 - £95 per day

Are you an experienced Support Worker with a background in handling Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges, Autism, and Complex Needs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Salford .
In this role, you will be working on a 1:1 and small group basis with children and young people exhibiting challenging behaviour, Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) concerns, Autism, and those who have experienced the care system. As a Support Worker, you will implement individualized behaviour interventions and prioritize the safety of the child throughout your duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing challenging behaviour, preferably in an educational or alternative children's provision setting. This could include individuals with backgrounds as Support Workers, Youth Workers, ex-prison or security staff, Children's Residential Care Workers, or Teaching Assistants. We also welcome applications from Care Workers with social care backgrounds and those with personal experiences relevant to the role.
