Responsibilities:

This challenging role requires the application of knowledge in customer engagement to help collaborate with our customers. It requires to drive the implementation of creative ideas identify opportunities to continuously improve with a laser focus on an excellent customer experience. It requires extensive experience in Oracle EBS to mentor the support team and expediate the critical issues for UK region. It also involves to understand the architecture and find new opportunities to increase the growth in the region.

• More than 15 years of Oracle EBS / Cloud experience in MFG / SCM with good exposure on other EBS modules and experience as solution architect.
• 10 years of relevant service delivery/relationship management experience in both a technical and non technical capacity
• Has implementation / Support experience in EBS
• Ability to structure the deals with onshore and offshore staffing
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing the SOW arranging the POCs / Demos
• Maintain connects with all the stakeholders in UK
• Drive alignment and execution of high visibility cross functional initiatives.
• Build project management discipline and maturity in the organization across all roles to develop plans define scope and manage schedule and resources for complex initiatives prioritizing based on business needs as the business evolves.

• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.
• Develop and manage short and long term program roadmaps prioritizing based on business need.
• Own improve and be responsible for the quality of org wide processes including roadmap planning talent review and goal setting across the org.
