The role includes:
- Advising high profile clients on a variety of transactional documents, including transfer agreements, bespoke contracts, third party arrangements, and IP arrangements.
- Advising on commercial rights agreements, including licensing, media, and other commercial exploitation opportunities.
- Advising on general commercial contracts, including supply arrangements, terms and conditions, agency, and distribution.
- The opportunity to undertake a wide range of business development initiatives working with colleagues in the firm’s other practice areas.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years PQE (although consideration given to outstanding candidates outside this range).
- Legally qualified to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales.
- Office based role with some hybrid working.
- Experience of advising on a wide range of commercial matters detailed above.
