Property Manager Bath Somerset
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join one of Bath's best Estate Agents. This role involves working closely with the Property Management Team and the Head of Property Management. The primary goal is to manage tenancies effectively and efficiently while ensuring landlords' properties are well cared for.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tenants and Landlords postlet.
- Manage keys including the responsibility for key boxes and distributing keys to contractors.
- Handle work orders including booking quotes contractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate premovein works as specified by the New Lets Team.
- Manage checkout processes including sending emails and booking cleans.
- Oversee checkin processes and send followup emails.
- Distribute Welcome packs to new tenants.
- Advise on postinspection works.
- Assist with deposit negotiations and confirmations.
- Manage void periods and associated works.
- Send vacant management reports to landlords.
- Handle endoftenancy key returns collections and cutting.
- Process invoicing for vacating tenants through accounts.
- Schedule property inspections.
- Oversee utility management.
- Notify in cases of block management.
- Provide support to the Property Management Team as required.

- Job Type: Fulltime Permanent.
- Salary: £25000 £27000 per year (depending on experience) plus commission opportunities.
