Exciting brand new opportunity within specification sales for a leading business dedicated to showcasing a diverse product range—carpet tiles, LVT, commercial vinyl flooring, and entrance matting. This role focuses on residential specifications, honing in on key sectors such as house builders, local authorities, and care homes with a specific focus on London & the Home Counties.
This position marks a new era for the company, offering a distinctive opportunity for you to carve out your role. The Specification Sales Manager will have the autonomy to define their path and grow organically with expanding business. Engage with architects and interior designers to broaden horizons and forge lasting connections within the industry.
A notable contributor to the supply of top-tier commercial carpet, contract carpet tiles, and commercial floorcoverings in the UK.
The ideal candidate is focused on residential specification, with a strong background in dealing with housebuilders and or local authorities/housing associations in the London/Home Counties region, leveraging existing relationships. While a preference exists for candidates with flooring-related experience, individuals with a background in interior finishing’s and a track record of selling into the same route to market will also be considered.
