Quality Assurance & Compliance Development Manager
Salary: £47,495 - £51,070 per annum
35 Hours per Week
Location: County Hall, Worcester
Fixed Term Contract (Until April 2026), Part-Time

The Role:

Are you an aspiring manager with excellent skills and knowledge in understanding social care quality standards?

We have an exciting development opportunity within Worcestershire County Council's People Directorate, Commissioning and Quality Assurance Team. We are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager to cover the current position holder’s role while they are on secondment. This contract is currently expected to be of 18-24 months duration.

This is a key role in managing the Quality Assurance Team which ensures the quality of social care providers delivery of care to our residents in Worcestershire, providing a vital function in ensuring quality standards of care for some of our most vulnerable residents are risk managed and met in line with required regulations and statutory duties. You will be expected to contribute to preparations for the CQC (Care Quality Commission) assessment, to review current practice against best in class, recommend and lead change and transformation actions where required and to continue to develop the team capabilities and approach to integration across our health and care system.
