HGV Technician
- Starting salary of £17.50 per hour plus overtime paid at £26.25 per hour.
- Access to further training for HGV license, tacho certifications and MOT license.
- 20 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership based in the Newport area.
The successful HGV Technician can expect a salary of up to £36,400 with OTE of circa £41,500.
Hours of work for this HGV Technician job are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, with weekend overtime as and when required.
Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time HGV Technician position and our Client is looking for an experienced HGV Technician.
Typical Duties of a HGV Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:
- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation
Requirements of this HGV Technician vacancy:
- Previous working experience within a HGV Technician / Fitter role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
