The successful candidate can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five days out seven including weekends. Typical shift patterns include 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm.

The salary for this full-time position is £30,000 per annum.

About The Role
To be responsible for maintaining all electrical systems and appliances within the hotel and to fault find where necessary thereby enhancing the guest experience and maximising the profit contribution to the hotel.
1. To maintain all electrical control panels and motors
2. To install all electrical systems or circuits as required
3. To replace all lamps and tubes
4. To maintain all electrical equipment in the hotel
5. To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity
6. To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company policies and procedures
7. To maintain effective communication and relationships with other hotel departments, suppliers and agencies thus ensuring guest satisfaction
8. To maintain the security of guest property and storage areas at all times immediately reporting any breaches
9. To ensure the correct, safe usage and maintenance of any equipment in accordance with set procedures and to keep breakages to an absolute minimum
10. Any other duties as required by management.
