Location : Inverness

At Emtec Facility Services our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team based in Inverness. This is a site-based role, and a company vehicle will be provided.

Location: Based in inverness at a static site with some travelling from time to time in the surround area.

The Role

• Carrying out repair, maintenance and installation of Gas heating systems and Air con Systems.
• Liaise with the Contract Manager, Contract Administrator, supervisor, helpdesk, and engineers.
• Produce quotations for defects at the request of the client.
• Carry out regular Site logbook audits.
• Carry out works in a safe and proper manner.
• Ensure health and safety procedures and practices are maintained at all times.
• Keep up to date with current industry, ensuring all systems are in line with current developments.
• Manage your own time and priorities.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer within the facilities sector
• Must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence
• Experience in routine HVAC repairs and maintenance.
• Good understanding of health and safety in the workplace
• Good level of experience with electrical systems would be an advantage.
