We have new opportunities for Customer Experience Advisors in our Customer Experience team in Abingdon. In this role you will be supporting existing customers during the term of their vehicle agreement.
Responsibilities include:
- General questions and queries about customer agreements.
- Create, edit, and update spreadsheets and other business documents and continue to maintain them in an accurate and timely way.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Develop relationships with our clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Liaise with the sales team, customers, and motor dealerships.
- Amending vehicle mileage and extending agreements
- Arranging documentation for taking vehicles abroad
- Arranging the collection of the vehicle
- Change of address or personal details, as well as cherished number plate transfers
- End of contract advice, as well as new vehicle options
Skills required:
- Experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure.
- Previous administration and customer service experience.
- Quick Learner.
- A high professional level of oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
This is a full time role based in the office in Abingdon. The salary range is £27,000 to £29,000 per annum.
