This post plays a significant role in the delivery of digital and website content for the UKSC’s internal and external audiences.
Whilst the UKSC is a small non-ministerial department it is of great national and international importance with the vision to be a world leading court. This role would offer the postholder a unique opportunity to work in a fantastic location, to be stretched through the varied responsibilities of the post and to work as part of a collaborative and valued team. They will be given the autonomy to delivery and the support to thrive.
The Website Manager reports directly to the Head of External Affairs and Communications and assists in managing the content for the two external websites for the UK Supreme Court and Judicial Committee of the Privy Council (JCPC). Also, supporting and managing the internal intranet (wordpress) site for staff and the Justices.
This is a challenging post that involves understanding the work of the Court and appreciation for the difference between internal and external communications. As part of a small multi-disciplinary team, the post holder supports the team deliver all communications for the UK Supreme Court and JCPC.
You'll be a confident and articulate communicator who can liaise effectively with people at all levels (both internally and externally), who already has good all-round communications skills and an understanding of websites and content creation and publishing.
