Working in the tax team, your duties in this role will include:

• Drafting reports and letters providing tax advice including IHT planning, residence and domicile, UK and offshore trusts etc
• Compliance services including self-assessment tax returns, CGT 60-day reporting and IHT returns
• Liaising with other group offices throughout the world to meet client requirements
• Maintaining good client relationships including by telephone and face to face meetings
• Corresponding and dealing confidentially with client enquires in relation to their personal tax issues and liabilities.
• Maintaining direct contact with clients, HMRC, solicitors, other accountancy, law and professional services firms, in the delivery of an excellent client service

This role would suit a candidate with a strong background in personal tax compliance and advisory services. A proven track record in a tax focused position within an accountancy practice environment is essential, and it would also be beneficial if the successful candidate had completed ATT studies. You may be undertaking or have already completed CTA studies also, and your study and CPD costs will be covered by my client.
