Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Technician ready to step up into a Team Lead role?

Do you like 3 day weekends?

Key accountabilities:

Responsibility for ensuring operational excellence.

* Optimising QMS Policies, Processes and Procedures.
* Improving quality performance.
* Nurturing a high-performance QA Team.
* Audit ready at all times.

Key responsibilities:

* Use the Quality Management System to ensure product safety, legality, quality and customer specifications.
* Promote a Food Safety and Quality Culture throughout your team of 4.
* A key member of the HACCP Team, attend and participate in all HACCP meetings.
* As part of the internal auditing team, conducting audits to ensure the site meets the safety, quality and legality requirements.
* Conduct Traceability/Mass Balance and Mock recalls, highlighting areas for improvement and action.
