Would you relish the opportunity to lead the Health T-Level Curriculum at Cirencester College?
With the Health courses up and running and the move the new T-level building, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead one of the College’s flagship T-levels.
Overseeing our four level 3 health pathways: mental health, nursing, T-level science, and Healthcare science alongside our level two health provision, you would be responsible for the design, delivery, and student outcomes of those programmes.
This role would give you the challenge of orchestrating a growing body of staff testing and developing your leadership skills. Would you like the opportunity to lead our Health T-level programme: organising staff, ensuring success, and facilitating the progression of students?
The role would see you communicating readily with pathway-specific staff, senior professionals, apprenticeships, employers, students and parents, and the head of faculty. It will be a superb opportunity to work across different sectors, both within the College, and outside of it.
Subject specific knowledge is not essential for starting this role, but a willingness to learn about the structure of the curriculum and an ability to lead is.
