Account Manager - Sampling

Full Time, Permanent
Salary : up to £40,000 per annum + bonus opportunity
Working : 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend/evening, time in lieu)
Location : Hybrid/ Office Winnersh (RG41) 

Working for REL Field Marketing in this pro-active role, the Account Manager is responsible for delivering Sampling, project lead experiential campaigns, and other projects. Responsibilities :

• Work with clients to ensure briefs are delivered on time, with thorough quality checks
• Point of contact for day-to-day queries for sampling and experiential - client and field
• Manage experiential activities - planning and delivery
• Pro-actively follow and set up new processes and ways of working, ensuring this is managed through with the field team
• Brief and update the field team on upcoming work and process changes
• Form weekly contingency plans to minimise risk
• Collate weekend compliance including overviews of each activity to share with the client
• Present upcoming sampling activities as well as past overviews/results to field team
• Manage and develop an executive

What we are looking for :

• Proactive, organised, and can prioritise workloads
• Good verbal and written skills - responsible for writing presentations and briefs
• Some Campaign delivery experience
• Some Client facing experience
• Confidence to present on teams and F2F
• Passion for customers and delivery
• Ability to use Excel and Publisher
