Job Description:
We are in need of an experienced Matrimonial Legal Secretary to provide vital administrative support to our legal team. This role offers an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic legal setting and contribute to the success of our matrimonial cases.

Responsibilities:

• Aid attorneys in drafting and preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Maintain precise and well-organised client files, ensuring the confidentiality of all documents.
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to bolster case preparation.
• Professionally communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
• Fulfil various administrative duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a legal secretary or assistant, preferably in matrimonial or family law.
• Proficiency in legal terminology and document preparation.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
