HR Business Partner

Location: Swansea or Carmarthen
Type: Permanent
Salary: £47,000 - £56,000

- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, line managers and staff within your designated area
- Partnering with senior leaders, you will identify key challenges and create innovative solutions
- With your flair for sound judgement, you will have an overarching understanding of complex ER case work and the ability to manage these issues so as to pre-empt similar cases arising
- Advise on all areas of people aspects associated with change management such as restructures and succession planning
- Assist with the design, delivery and evaluation of training to support the development of line managers and senior leaders
- Using data and analytics, measure the effectiveness of policies and understand the need for further evidence for further improvement
- Drive strategic HR projects
Interested parties will have:
- Ideally a CIPD qualification
- Advised senior managers on all areas of people management
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application in the workplace
- Managed complex case work and a full understanding of its potential risk to a business
- Ability to resolve problems independently or as part of a team
- Draw reasonable conclusions from a wide range of evidence, making reasonable decisions using clear rationale
- Driven significant HR projects
- Excellent report writing skills
- Complete understanding of the employee life cycle from recruitment to termination/dismissal
