Industrial Cleaning Team Leader

Saturday & Sunday shift ONLY 07:00-15:00 16 hours per week

LE10 , Hinckley

£14.00 per hour

Are you looking for a experienced leader looking to work a fixed Saturday & Sunday shift?

If you have previous maintenance or machinery experience… even better!

We are currently on the hunt for an Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to join a busy factory based in LE10 , Hinckely .

This is a rare weekend working opportunity where you will be managing a small team. As well as leading from the front, will also be getting involved in the day to day cleaning tasks.

*Please note this is not a normal, domestic/commercial cleaning role, please read the full advert before applying*

Leadership duties will include:

• Conducting morning briefs
• Ensuring that the workforce have the correct PPE
• Managing the teams timesheets
• liasing with the off-site manager, reporting any issues, requesting equipment or support

Cleaning duties will include:

• Removing guards from machinery before cleaning the machinery down
• Cleaning down/disinfecting machinery
• Ensuring that the safety guards are safely installed after the machine clean.
• Using floor scrubbers
• Sweeping and recycling
• Other general maintenance/cleaning duties

What do I need to be considered?

• Experience working machines would be benefitial
• Team leading experience- essential
• Happy with a manual role
• Able to commit to working every Saturday & Sunday shift
• Available to start work immediately.
