Your role within the team:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content and Influencer Manager to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies, managing influencer partnerships, and driving engagement across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and values.
Create engaging and informative content for all digital channels : the company website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
Create creative content: banners, blog articles, social media post/reels/stories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and performances
collaborate with regulatory team to ensure content compliancy
Coordinate with Global team to ensure brand consistency and leverage on available assets

Influencer Management

Identify and establish relationships with influencers in the pet and wellness space together with media agency
Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and values.
Track and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.

Social Media Management

Oversee and enhance the company's social media presence, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, fostering community engagement and growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maximise social media impact.
Together with a social media agency

Content Calendar Management:

Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with key product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
Monthly performance reporting together with social media agency
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content assets.

E-commerce Team Support:

Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimise product pages with compelling content that drives conversions.
Implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and increase customer loyalty.
Monitor and analyse e-commerce metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Desired Skills and Experience:

To make sure we are setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:

Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and influencer marketing, preferably in the pet industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
Creative thinker with a passion for pets and wellness.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
You enjoy building networks and trust, good working relationships and applying your influence to shaping change
Effective management of key stakeholders
Proactive, solution focussed and highly organised
Liked to operate at pace with volume
Strong IT system skills & ability to learn new systems at pace with accuracy
