IT Support Engineer
Harrogate
Salary Up to £34,000 + Hybrid Working

A fantastic opportunity awaits to join this leading business within the agricultural sector, based in Harrogate. As the IT Support Engineer, you will provide second line software, hardware and network support for customers both on-site and off-site. After your 6 month probationary period, this role will have a shift pattern which can be discussed with suitable candidates. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver second-tier technical support.
• Provide hardware configuration, maintenance, and support services. 
• Manage remote support for customer hardware and software. 
• Develop and maintain support documentation to aid customers and the IT team.
• Demonstrate flexibility by participating in rotating schedules and providing coverage as needed.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proficiency in providing user support for various applications.
• Familiarity with Windows 7, 10, iOS, Android, and other operating systems.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with VMware and virtualized environments.
