Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Delivery Driver. For this role you will need to have good organisation, customer service and time management skills as you will be required to follow a delivery schedule, loading and delivering kitchens and bedrooms to our customers. When you are not delivering you will be required to provide assistance to the workshop team manufacturing kitchens and bedrooms, no experience is necessary for this part of the job as full training will be given.
Main Responsibilities: 1. Work as part of a team to ensure all deliveries are loaded and delivered efficiently. 2. Always provide a pleasant and efficient customer experience at each delivery visit. 3. Take full responsibility of operating company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner adhering to all road safety rules. 4. Ensure that clients are updated with ETA's and that full records of deliveries are kept. 5. Take extra care with products to ensure goods are delivered damage free. 6. Adhere to all delivery protocols and safety at the workplace. 7. Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and faults reported to your Manager. This role is ideal for someone that wants career progression, there will be further opportunities by moving up to various skilled roles or management positions for those that want to develop themselves as we grow our business.
