Job description
You will need good communication skills to engage with stakeholders across the Trust, helping to identify gaps and opportunities. You will need to have demonstrated experience of working within the NHS in a band 6 MSK role and the knowledge and skills to develop, implement and evaluate appropriate physiotherapy interventions as well as education, promotion of services and practical advice. Through your physiotherapy and pro-active input you will be supporting Managers and employees in not just working and living without MSK injury, but living healthier lives overall, playing a key role in raising health outcomes for employees across the Trust. The Occupational Health and Wellbeing teams work closely together and are incredibly driven and passionate about supporting our NHS colleagues. We have a proven track record of providing a valued service to our staff.
