Responsibilities

• The post holder will undertake patient activities in the Heart Failure Hubs as delegated by registered nursing staff, including venepuncture, ECG recording, weight monitoring and physiological observations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Have 2 years experience of delivering direct care in a care environment.
• Effective communication skills to meet the needs of the post.
