About The Role
We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Fire Service Engineer to join our team of people. This is a mobile role and based in Somerset and the surrounding area.
Purpose of the role:
As a Fire Service Engineer, you will carry out servicing and repairs to fire and life safety systems at multiple sites to ensure a high level of fire safety is provided to our customers across a geographical area in line with LiveWest business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Fire Equipment Servicing Qualification or evidence of time served in a similar role.
- Level 3 NVQ (either City & Guilds 2360 parts 1 and 2 or City & Guilds 2330 2351 levels 2 and 3) (or equivalent). (D)
- AM1 and AM2. (D)
- City & Guilds 2382-12 18th Edition. (D)
This is a full time opportunity although part time (minimum 30 hours per week) or job share may be considered.

About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Fire Service Engineer, you will:
- Be highly competent with experience in the fire servicing industry.
- Have a positive, can do attitude.
- Have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage customers and communicate with them effectively and confidently.
- Ideally have experience working in customers properties.
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence (this will be checked with the DVLA).
