Working Hours: Hybrid Working
Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a
Public Sector Organisation based in the West Midlands in the search for an experienced
Locum Democratic Services Officer. This is a full-time position where you will be a member of the team handling the Organisations’ democratic processes.
Duties may include:
- Attending meetings, taking notes, and liaising with officers and external bodies
- Implementing decisions through correspondence, reports, and collaboration
- Maintaining records of Council, Cabinet, Panel, and committee minutes
- Assisting in organising civic events and training other officers
- Preparing service meeting with electronic prep of agendas, reports, and minutes
This post is full time (37 hours per week) on a hybrid basis offering up to £30 per hour Umbrella.
