Robert Half are excited to announce we have partnered with a fast-paced and exciting B2B conference & events company that are looking for a friendly, proactive and energetic People & Culture Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Professional to work alongside the HR Manager and foster a positive and forward thinking work environment.

THE ROLE:

• Collaborating with all departments and teams to support a positive culture and working environment.
• Assist the HR Manager with HR policies, procedures & programs, and keeping the HRIS (BambooHR) up to date.
• Support with recruitment and employee relations.
• Keeping up to date on employment law and regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Ad-hoc projects as and when they arise.

THE PERSON:

• Personality and attitude is key! The successful candidate will be able to show their passion and enthusiasm towards being a high performaning People & Culture Manager.
• Proactive, innovative and highly confident.
• CIPD or Bachelors degree in Human Resources is highly advantagous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels of the business.
• Experience using a HRIS.
• Flexible & adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced and everchanging environment.
