Job Description
· Develop and maintain the Business UK Route to Market S&OP model, and policies and contribute to S&OP strategy.
· Lead the S&OP monthly cycle ensuring adherence to S&OP strategy and policies across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing functions, ensuring successful delivery of the business objectives.
· The S&OP Manager will achieve success for the business by motivating, developing and leading the team to deliver the S&OP agenda for the organisation.
· Generate and review an optimized Demand and Supply Plan, incorporating financial outcomes.
· Review demand accuracy, ensuring key drivers of variance are identified and resolved
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing supply chains in the FMCG industry
- Proven track record in driving and developing an S&OP strategy
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management software
