Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Lawyer Property to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support on a wide range of property-related matters. This is a senior level position, suited for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of property law.
Responsibilities
Advise and guide clients on property acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and lease terms.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings related to property disputes.
Provide input and guidance on real estate development projects, including zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments, external legal counsels, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of property transactions.
Stay updated on changes in property laws and regulations, and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
LLB or JD degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum [X] years of experience practicing property law, with a focus on commercial real estate.
Excellent understanding of property law, zoning regulations, land use, and environmental laws.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Rate: £200.10
Location: Lambeth, South East London
