My client, a nationwide Town Planning and Property Consultancy, is looking for an experiences Senior Town Planner to join the significantly growing team in Bedford. They work on exciting projects across the UK and specialise in various sectors such as Residential, Commercial and Householder Developments.

This role is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to gain valuable experience from sector-leading professionals and kick-start their career.

The Position as a Senior Town Planner

The position as a Senior Town Planner is for a dynamic and ambitious individual. The successful Senior Town Planner will be a key figure in driving the company forwards. There is significant opportunity for progression for the right individual and the team are vell versed in supporting professional development. Responsibilities will include working on major applications undertaking planning appraisals of new opportunity sites and actively engage in management discussions and decision making.
