A new opportunity with a truly exciting client has just hit the market for a Content Designer with a strong background within Content Strategy based in London. Our Financial Services client are ideally looking for a confident Content Designer who has strong skills in designing and developing all types on content all the way from UX/UI to long-form storytelling, notifications to chat and in applying compelling evidence to influence stakeholders. Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to championing Content Design with product teams, shaping new guidelines, leading crit sessions with other Content Designers, or facilitating workshops to inspire more collaborative and effective ways of working. Skills and Experience required: A proven history of evolving new practices, through contribution or leadership. A varied portfolio showcasing how you use your specialism to generate customer-centred outcomes and influence the business. Experience developing, contributing to, and working with design systems. Experience working with innovative design tools, such as Figma. The confidence to work across a complex business landscape - ideally, financial services. The personality to influence and manage stakeholders across product, risk, legal and branding teams. Previous experience with AI and/or Chatbots Proven ability to convey the importance and the value of the content strategy using data analytics. Previous experience working on large scale website transformations.
