Job description
- Provide first-line technical support to end users facing issues with hardware, software, and networking
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, documenting problems and solutions for future reference
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software within the organisation
- Assist in the training of staff on new technologies and systems
- Collaborate with the technology team to ensure smooth operation of all software and hardware installed
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors
- Contribute to the development of IT procedures and policies within the company
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry and company IT standards and regulations
