Job description

• Provide first-line technical support to end users facing issues with hardware, software, and networking
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, documenting problems and solutions for future reference
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software within the organisation
• Assist in the training of staff on new technologies and systems
• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure smooth operation of all software and hardware installed
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors
• Contribute to the development of IT procedures and policies within the company
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry and company IT standards and regulations
