About the EYFS Teaching Assistant role:

* As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an exciting, challenging, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.
* Your adaptability and enthusiasm will be key as you address specific learning needs in a fun and caring manner.
* Initially focusing on the friendly and creative infant department, your potential to provide 1:1 support across the school may be explored, showcasing your flexibility and dedication.

Candidate Requirements: We are seeking individuals with an accepted Early Years qualification (L2/L3), and preference will be given to candidates with phonics knowledge/experience and Paediatric First Aid qualifications. While experience in an Early Years/Key Stage 1 setting is desirable, knowledge of the EYFS framework is equally valued. The right candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for nurturing young learners.

Working Hours and Start Date: This position offers 30 hours per week, covering 38 weeks per year. Commencing on 2 January, or potentially earlier for the right candidate, this initially temporary role may transition to a permanent opportunity, aligning with your career aspirations.
