About you:
Are you a driven sales professional with previous experience managing a team? Do you enjoy connecting with customers and building relationships? We are looking for a positive, ambitious, and passionate Field Sales Team Leader to represent Trooli in a professional manner whilst also managing a small team of Field Sales Executives.
South central covers Dorset , Southampton, Hampshire, Bournemouth, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridge etc.

The role:
As our Field Sales Team leader, you will be supporting an existing team of Field Sales Executives to be achieving / exceeding their sales targets. More specifically, this will include:

In return for your commitment:
We offer a basic salary of £32,000 - £35,000 plus a £3,000 car allowance. OTE for your first year is approximately double your basic salary.
Business mileage can be claimed also.
