Immediate start (until August): Our clients based in Belsize Park are seeking a new **Temporary, Daily, Head Nanny** for their twin girls 18 months.

The hours will be Monday to Thursday , 08.00 - 19.00,  with a top salary commensurate with the position. The role will start ASAP, until August when the family is relocating overseas to the USA.

This position will be a fixed contract, working 4 days/week with the flexibility to travel with an ASAP start until August. The Head Nanny - who **must** have proven experience in a similar role - will be working along side the family's Rota Nannies  so there are always two nannies on shift, so it’s one nanny per twin. The nannies will not have to take care of the older boy who is 4.5 years.

The nanny should have qualities such as a good work ethic, be a team player and happy to keep maintained  the routine that is working so well for the girls and above all love working with children.  A good knowledge of developmental stages and have a good knowledge and training regarding child development.  They have slept through the night from very early on and have an excellent routine.  Someone proactive and organised who manages their time well and can enjoy the ability to have one on one time with each twin as there are always two people on duty with the girls.  

Other duties will include managing current nanny team on a day to day basis, and training any additional nannies or household staff as needed.

• Maintaining inventory and ensuring stock rotation of supplies and materials needed for childcare.

• Keeping track of the children's day to day activities, milestones and progress to inform parents giving them the information needed to adjust the schedule and activities as required.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest research and practices in child development to provide the best possible care for the children. 

• Work collaboratively as a team with the other nannies in place on a daily basis. When working with other nannies, effective communication is key. Collaborate and discuss amongst each other to determine who will be responsible for specific tasks at any given time. This helps eliminate unnecessary repetition and ensures that tasks are completed efficiently.
  

There will be some travel involved.  A driver isn't necessary.  This is a Daily role, with the family home being just a stone's throw from Finchley Road tube station and our clients could also offer accommodation for live-in nannies. 

Excellent salary available for an organised candidate who can demonstrate her experience in a similar role as Head Nanny and previous twins experience would be highly desirable. The role will start ASAP, until August when the family is relocating overseas to the USA.
