Job description
This multi-office commercial law firm is now recruiting for an NQ-5 yrs PQE Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team in the East Midlands.
You will work closely with an experienced Partner who is a specialist in both property litigation and commercial litigation. The team advises a range of high-profile clients including national retailers and household names.
This includes breach of contract claims, misrepresentation, issues relating to the sale of goods and supply of services, consumer credit claims, unpaid invoices, agency claims, director issues, minority shareholder claims, and partnership disputes.
Work will also include property related disputes, with a focus on issues concerning land and landlord and tenant disputes.
You will ideally have commercial and/or property litigation post-qualification experience. Those who are soon to qualify or recently qualified will ideally have completed a seat in either of these practice areas.
